In silico saturated mutagenesis analysis

The in silico saturated mutagenesis analysis systematically assesses the impact of each base substitution within a 200 bp region of the query variant, considering the user-specified chromatin features. It can be used to assess the impact of the surrounding region of a target SNP and to dissect potential impacted motifs around a functional variant.

NOTE: To run in silico saturated mutagenesis analysis, DeepFun only accepts one variant under user-specified chromatin features (running time: ~20 minutes).
