| The increase of the level of endothelin-1 and the activity of von Willebrand factor is a risk factor of the development of pulmonary hypertension in children with chronic bronchopulmonary pathology. | The assessment of the indicators of functional state of endothelium (endothelin-1 level and von Willebrand factor activity) was implemented in healthy children and patients with bronchopulmonary pathology with normal and high pressure in pulmonary artery It is established that pulmonary hypertension in children with chronic bronchopulmonary pathology is associated with the endothelium dysfunction (increase of endothelin-1 concentration and activity of von Willebrand factor). The direct dependence of evidence of the pulmonary hypertension from the level of endothelin-1 and activity of von Willebrand factor is proved.
