BDCD provides a collection of downloadable files containing curated single-cell datasets, ligand-receptor interaction pairs, cell-cell communication inference results, pathway enrichment data, protein annotations, GWAS-associated SNPs, and drug-target information. These resources support downstream analysis of intercellular signaling in brain regions and disease states. All files are standardized and organized by data type and analysis level (single dataset or comparison group analysis), and are available in TSV or CSV format to facilitate integration and reuse. All data files are packaged in .tar.gz format. Use any standard archive tool (e.g., tar, 7-Zip, or WinRAR) to extract them.
