BDCD

Full Text Search

The full-text search allows users to retrieve comprehensive information across the BDCD database, including datasets, cell-cell interactions, ligand-receptor pairs, signaling pathways, and other related biological annotations. By entering keywords of at least two characters, users can efficiently search through all indexed fields and explore the rich intercellular signaling content integrated from multiple brain disease studies.

Advanced Search

The advanced search allows users to perform multi-dimensional filtering across the BDCD database by selecting specific brain regions, disease types, cell types, and experimental conditions. This targeted query function enables researchers to quickly locate datasets and communication events of interest, facilitating customized exploration and comparative analysis across brain disease datasets.

Ligand-Receptor Information Search

This search module allows users to query specific ligand-receptor pairs involved in brain disease-related cell-cell communication. By entering one or both of the ligand and receptor gene names, users can retrieve detailed information about the source and target cell types, interaction pathways, and statistical summaries. The results enable precise tracking of signaling axes across cellular contexts and disease conditions.
